Yoga Instruction Discover the Benefits of Yoga with Sally G.Ingalls

Sally offers private, personal and group yoga instruction.  She is a Registered Yoga Teacher,  certified through Yoga Alliance in Raja-Hatha Yoga and Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga. Through Duke Integrative Medicine  at Duke University,  Sally is trained in Yoga for Seniors  and Yoga of Awareness for cancer patients, survivors and caregivers.  She is also a certified Laughter Yoga instructor.  As a yoga teacher she is dedicated to the absolute well-being, success and safety of her clients and students.
