= Gomukhasana (legs) w/ GARUDASANA= Eagle Arms= EFFECTS: stretches shoulders,chest,triceps,hips,ankles,thighs.

=EEFECTS + Strength in lower back, abdominals, builds energy.
"Reverse Crescent Lunge"

= EFFECTS = opens hips, energizes legs, works lower body.
